Terrible service and incorrect diagnosis

Terrible/No service! They only do a main inspection and if they cannot replace a part, they simply say it cannot be fixed. I sent in my dishwasher so they can check why it is not heating the water anymore. They charge a R300 inspection fee. I did not hear anything from them after a few days, after which I called them. They told me that the heat pump broke and that it cannot be replaced (part not sold anymore) and that the machine is essentially useless now. My father in law then had a look at it and found that there was a broken connection that he just soldered together and it is now working again. R300 down the drain and their diagnosis was wrong. They told me that I can either come and collect it or they keep it and get rid of it themselves. There are hundreds of appliances just lying outside of people that probably had the same experience and they decided to just leave it there since it 'cannot be fixed'. I wonder what they do with all those appliances...probably harvesting working components like pumps etc.
