Shocking service quality - Delonghi Coffee Machine

I took my delonghi coffee machine for a normal service, it had a slight water leak and needed a general service. Unfortunately my closest option was Van Biljoens service centre. After a service that costed close to R3,000, I recieved my machine back in a much worse condition. I took it back, then they said the pump is faulty (Never before did it give issues, and after full service they did not pick this up ?) I agreed to the addition R500+ pump fix. I received the machine back and it was in exactly the same condition as before the pump fix.

I sent the machine back, to no surprise they could not see that the machine is not functioning optimally and sent it back to me as working fine (Absolutely Not)

So, 1 week after receiving the machine back from a 3rd visit to Van Biljoen's, the original leak is back and way worse.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DELONGHI machines to them, unless you want it ruined.

DELONGHI South Africa stepped up to take the matter further and will also fix the faulty machine.
