Poor service - no urgency - no backbone - pathetic

A Whatsapp number exists where messages are read and not responded to, basically one is ghosted. You were 40 mins late for your own scheduled appointment and after I had to call you because you cant use initiative to notify your client before you running late , your response with a quick sorry wont do it for me as I really get the feeling that your customers means nothing for you. Theres no urgency , no professionalism , and no back bone either. For the amount of aircons serviced the least you can do (from a business perspective) is owning your mistake and doing one service at no charge. You didn't want to do that so here i am listing my experience. I will not use you guys again or put foot in your store and will be sure to spread the word on the love received.
