Poor service and repairs

<p>Our oven (Kalvinator) broke a couple of months ago but the gas burners still worked. Their first callout was a no pitch, and if I did not call to ask where they are we would not have known. The second callout they were 4 hours late, looked at the oven and said they know what is wrong and would need to order the part. At first I refused to pay the callout, but after the manager assured they will get the part as soon as possible and install it, I then payed the invoice. When they got the part and opened the oven, they bought the wrong part, as they never made notes of the broken part. After a week or so of waiting they got the correct part. We arranged for them to come and install and repair the oven. Now that the oven is fixed, the front panel is loose, the back panel is making an horrible noise when the oven is used, the gas burners are not functioning, and the knobs are falling off. I phoned yesterday and was told the manager will phone me back as he is in a meeting, or something. Not surprised, the manager never phoned me back. Early today as I phoned they were once again full of excuses and said someone from the managing team will phone me back...It has been hours and no one has phoned... Really frustrated and disgusted with their service and workmanship. The saddest part is, that all my friend recommended them...I will never recommend them, nor will I pay until my oven is fixed.</p>
