Poor service

Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I will never again utilise L&V to service appliances!! I have had nothing but lies and empty promises since 15 August as to why they are waiting for a part to repair my oven. I have even contacted the supplier (Totai) who confirmed the availability and cost of the part in Centurion. I have never experienced such incompetence from a reputable company
