Poor Service

On the 3 November 2015 I handed my portable aircon in for ragas. You pay R 171.00 for them to look at your Product. They said it will take 3 Days and they will come back to you with a Quotation. I'm still waiting on the 4 Jan 2016 every time you fone the say they will phone you back. It never happen . I took a drive there and all off a sudden sins my phone call this morning his on leave and they will phone back. Really what happen to service in south Africa am a business women myself and understand problems that can happen but waiting a month for just a quotation is really not on.
