Poor customer Service

If you want to know about bad service, use this company or choose someone else to spare yourself the frustrations. They speak to their customers as if they are speaking to ******* and the attitude they give their customers is something shocking to experience at this day and age. Raising a complaint with management it doesn't help as they don't even bother to acknowledge the complaint. July to November is 5 months it took them to repair my washing machine and demanded payment each time they had to repair what they got wrong x3 times. this happens within the guarantee 3 months period they claim to give on their repair work. Its frustrating to see such incompetence and what a joke to run a business with such militant attitudes.
