Pathetic Service

<p>My dishwasher's outlet pype was leaking so I called VanBiljoens in Gezina to assist. The collected my mashine in the beginning of April and returned it on 17 May after they contacted me to tell me the cost of the repair, which I did't accept as it was R4000. Knowing that it was only the pype that was leaking I decided to use my mashine as the water that leaked out of the machine was not that much, so I thought I will just wipe it p from the floor once the dishes were washed. Big was my surprise when I realised that my machine is now not working anymore. I called them again and they collected my machine again the next day. I've been following up with them, but don't get any feedback from them. Today is 7 July, almost 2 months later and no reply. The service report that they left at my house was stamped with an URGENT stamp....which makes me smile. According to me there is no urgency or Customer Service.</p>
