Long waiting and no update from them.

Very disappointed. Took a stove on 6 November. Waited for a quote. 15 November after phoning them multiple times I got a quote on tje 16th. The 20th I went to them to find out what yhe progress is and was told that they are waiting for prices on parts. This was after I already received the quote and paid on the 16th. The 23rd I phoned them and was told that they are waiting for the supplier.

Sence 6 November until today the 23rd nothing has happened except for a quote received and payment made from my side.
