Kenwood machine that takes 4 YEARS tp Repair

My mum sent her kenwood mixer machine for repairs on the 12/10/2012 for the mixer that was not locking while baking, this company keeps on telling me that they waiting for the part from some country it is now the fourth year and we still do not have the machine we called o the 04/02/2015 to find out and they told us the same old ******** and we must call back at 14:00h I called back then they said they will call me back I called on the 09/09/2015 same ******** again and they will call me but no one called I called on the 02/03/2016 manager was in a meeting he will call back same thing I called back the next day 03/03/2016 spoke to suzet and Henny he is the new manager he took over from Dion I called at 9:20am he said he will check up n call me back like usual I got no call back I called again 07/03/2016 spoke to Chirsie she has the worst attitude possible and no way of talking and she told me the manger is out of office this manager is for ever out of office and in meetings I want this matter to be sorted out asap because this service is ******** I cant wait 4 years for my machine..<br> there are many more times that we called but im out of typing words
