I should have known better.

I should have checked reviews first before trusting my repairs to Van Biljoens. I waited more than 2 months (!) for a quotation to have my machine repaired. The only phonecall I received was from the technician telling me in the most condescending way that I need to be patient. This was after more than a month. Incredibly arrogant staff, telling how long they have been working there and how hard they are trying. Two and a half months - seriously.
