As above...

Our fridge was collected & promised a loan fridge which never arrived - we were told that it would be resolved & we are still waiting for the solution. When the fridge was eventually collected it took them 3 days just to get a quote that we had to drag out of them! When we phoned the lady in the workshop, she was extremely rude to us & shouted at us that they could not satisfy their original promises. They now wanted to repair everything in the fridge, not just what was faulty/broken. This would cost us double then what was necessary!!! We refused the quote, & the fridge would be delivered the next day. But this never happened - we waited for hours & phoned them again to find what the hell is going on?? Both ladies assisting were very rude again. We ended up speaking to a useless manager who told us the fridge had to be assembled, why was it taken apart i the first place, & then it would be delivered the next day. If you can't deliver don't make promises. & the rude assistants should be dealt with!!!!! This is totally unacceptable service by a well-known repairs company!!!!
