Air conditioner service

I phoned van biljoens on the 6th September 2015 and made a appointment that they will come and service my AC at home. They promised that they will come the 7th and no one arrived.I phoned them the 8th and they promised that a team will come during the day, again no one arrived. The 9th I phoned again and they said they will be at my home during the day. I phoned them again at 16:30 and the lady said they will come on Monday the 12th. What a useless lot of people they are and they don't want to help. PLEASE don't use them as they are so useless. Look at this forum and see all the complains against them.
