Good say to you: We as tenants want to know since when do you rent a place and then they told you, you take the place as is and they don't want to fix anything,and then they tell you if you maybe skip rent or elctricity what so ever they will give you 24h

Good say to you: We as tenants want to know since when do you rent a place and then they told you, you take the place as is and they don't want to fix anything,and then they tell you if you maybe skip rent or elctricity what so ever they will give you 24hrs notice. Since when can they treat people like garbage,and the building we stay in is in a very bad condition. People don't stay long there because of the way they treated the tenants. Please we need help & Advice.
