Appalling

This company decreases the amount you pay on your account. They also charge you for sms reminders even though your account has been paid in time. I bought the property 6 years ago. Once I sent an email asking for 2 weeks extra in which I would pay the levies etc. They accepted this and charged me R30 for their email. The next day they sent me a sms reminder and charged me R20 even though I made an arrangement with them. I keep emailing them with proof of payments and for them to correct payments etc but to no avail. This month for instance the woman insisted that she charged me for a sms reminder as they only received my payment on the 8th. She also states in her mail that home owners have until the 7th of each month to make payment. When I sent proof of payment on the 7th she changes her story. <br> I also made some payments on my account without a reference number. The company then charges you interest. Even after I prove it was paid they do not then reverse their double interest charges but still charge you interest on that interest. I found that they are not trustworthy and take your money because they can!!!! There is absolutely no reasoning with this woman. Horrible!!
