Very bad service

I ordered and paid for my aluminum windows and doors from Van Acht seven weeks ago. In the last few weeks I have sent multiple emails following up with when my order would be delivered and have had promises to receive it multiple times. My order has now only been partially delivered and resultantly I cannot continue with my project - this is just unacceptable service. If you call, there is no sense of urgency or apology for their tardiness.
