******* workmanship

Spent over 200k, frontline customer service was good until delivery! Firstly delivery was missing one window and only realized when their useless installer was busy, installer was unreliable and kept promising that he would come.... I don’t know whether it was ****** by the installer or delivery people. We call them to inform but was told that they sent everything, then we had to buy another window. The installation were a nightmare very Bad Workmanship, some windows were broken, some can’t open or close, some had *****s missing! We reported the bad workmanship and still waiting for them to fix, we have decided to take the legal route.
