Absolutely AWESOME Van Acht

Over a year ago we had the misfortune of an attempted house break-in. The damaged door was replaced with a Van Acht product. Subsequently we experienced problems with the door whereby the panels were shifting and creating gaps in the door. Etienne from Van Acht twice sent service personnel to attend to the problem. After the second 'fix' we were still experiencing problems with the panels and Etienne facilitated the replacement of the 'faulty' door. The replacement door came with it's own problems and was found to have wood beetles. This was reported to Etienne who was also provided with photos of the problem. Etienne had no hesitation whatsoever in facilitating another replacement. I must add, that both the doors that were replaced were done at no cost to me, even though the second replacement door was of a higher specification and cost a bit more. In all honesty, while we have received occasional satisfactory to good service from other service providers, but Van Acht absolutely stands out. Their awesome customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction is something that many other South African service providers can and should copy. Thank you Etienne and Van Act !
