Bad Review and experience

"We had a truly disappointing experience with Van Aardtspos in Sedgefield. Despite confirming our booking, they canceled on us last minute when they received a larger booking for the whole guesthouse. We had already made all our flight arrangements, which added to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unapologetic. We wouldn’t recommend this place if you value reliability and courteous service."
