The Spa is Disgusting

I am not the type of person to complain at all but, today myself and my colleagues went to the spa at the hotel. Well, all I can say is that I have never experienced such disappointing service in my life. The ladies were not trained to do manicures, the pool we were meant to sit around was green and smelt and, there was no \spa ambiance"at all. I left stressed and angry! The work done was shoddy work and I couldn't wait to go home and remove everything that was done. You need to seriously re-look at the quality of the spa as it will bring down the image of your hotel!"""
