Valve Technology

As customer I have called requesting my valve to be replaced, however their service agent Raj decides to swear uncontrollably and now tells me that will not replace or check what's the problem. This is the service we received as Indians, but if my white neighbor calls him. They will with no questions asked assist him. And yes my neighbor called and within an hour they were there.
