No reply from Valve Tech in cape Town after 3 weeks: Bad service

I purchased a reconditioned valve for my 100 litres geyser on Saturday (14 Nov 2020) from Brights Hardware in Plattekoof , cape town. I visited the website of valve Tech and saw that they purchase the old ones. I sent them an email on Wed 2020/11/18 22:46 informing them that I would like to sell the old one or to have it re-conditioned. (***). The email went through because it was not returned. Sad to say till today - the 8 December 2020 I have not received even an acknowledgement let alone a reply or a phone call. (I gave my contact numbers on my email).
