An Officer and a Gentleman

<p>I experienced some continuous hissing sound from my geyser and after inspection and some googling it seemed like the pressure relief valve. It had a Valvetech sticker and a date and I phoned Justin of their Cape Town office who said the valve was still under guarantee and that he would drop by to investigate and bring a new replacement with him free of charge, if it was the valve. He arrived, climbed up the ladder and disconnected several pipes and confirmed that it was indeed the relief valve. He then said instead of reconnecting the already loosened pipes to the faulty valve, he might as well fit the new replacement valve, which he did. </p> <p>When I asked him afterwards what I owed him he rep**** "Nothing". In today's times where everybody wants to charge maximum for whatever they did or, even, did not do this is a very rare pleasant experience. and I wish there were more people with honesty and integrity.</p> <p>I wish Justin and Valvetech the very best of success for the future</p>
