Unfair Banning of Account

I have had it up to here with this company. They make games for online use. Recently I was banned of a game called CSGO because I apparently "cheated" . I have never cheated in my life in anything. I brought this to hellopeter because their customer service is actually pathetic. I would like my account to be unbanned as I did nothing wrong and did not "cheat". If not another review will be followed.
