Hacking in CS Go

Valve has done absolutely nothing to combat the amount of hackers present in the game. In the past week I've played against guy blatantly hacking and using a hack called spin bot because they know they wont get banned. They have this so called prime account which you can buy but even on that every second game you find a guy blatantly hacking this game is **** and would not recommend this to any new player i have wasted over 1500 hours on this and its just got to a point where the only way to get better is hack because every single game has them.
