Great services for hardcore and casual gamers

I have generally had nothing but positive experiences using the Steam Client on my laptop. It has made gaming super convenient and enjoyable to be able to stay in touch with my friends and to catch up with the latest games. Steam's refund policy is also nicely flexible and allows for trying out games without too much anxiety (not that I've ever had to use the refund system much).

It is a shame that the Steam mobile app is still going through growing pains. For example, it asks me to login every time I open the app which is quite the deterrent to even bothering to download it. Hopefully Valve can iron out the issues with the app in due course, because otherwise they provide a great service for gamers both casual and hardcore.
