19th Century thinking with supposed 21st Century Technology

I have been trying to log into my old account for some time now. I was constantly trying to get new passwords to reset my password. But every password change was a bust. I eventually tried creating a new account with Steam, but that to didnt work. I tried over and over and there is absolutely no way to reach steam. They really are a pathetic company! Whats the point of having a FAQ section and there are no options that give you the option to complain if your fault is not on the FAQ. Does steam think that there can only be 4 problems with the software? WAKE UP *****S!
