BAD EXPERIENCE

<p>I bought a few aluminium windows and sliding doors manufactured by valuwin. I waited almost 2 months because valuwin was out of stock. Last week I received my back order. Unfortunately I did not check the contents of the frame of the sliding door in the package. This week the installer found that the bottom rack was damged. Retailers do not sell the track separate. I contacted the sales dept of valuwin and send them 2 emails requesting to buy the bottom track. The lady made it clear that she could not assist me and will confirm with the retailer. The sliding door is useless without the track. Until today she has not returned my calls and emails. Fortunately another manufacturer was prepared to assist me.</p>
