valumax (poor construction)

<p>I'm Tsakane. I bought a house at CLAYVILLE EXT 45 (MIDRAND/TEMBISA). The developer is valumax. All those houses are nothing but hogwash. when it’s raining water floods inside my house, the roof is leaking, the ceiling is damp and rusty already, the walk way is not landscaped, therefore when it rains all mud floods into my house, the geyser's element is not working, electricity plugs are not working, water from the main street floods directly into my house, I once suggested a storm water drain and it was dismissed, now i suffer the consequences alone, water floods in under the doors whenever it rains. There is a GUY named Mzwakhe at the valumax office whom when have to lodge our complaints to. I have lodged my complaints to him on the 27th of October 2016. To date nothing has happened, the house is fail new (it’s been only 2 months since it was handed over to me yet it is already rotten). All the community members have similar complains, nobody seems to care about our worries and complains, yet they have accepted payment from the respective banks that financed us. I'm paying a lot for nothing. I wonder how the water drips inside the ceiling if there did put the plastic to protect it from water. Valumax is good at dragging their feet; they fail to handle their customers with professionalism. It’s all good and well when you still applying and when you sign their paper work. Only God knows what valumax was trying to do when they developed all those houses at Clayville Ext 45. </p>
