Valumax and their horrible service

I'm disappointed by Valumax service. I was dealing with the lady by the name of Makoma Mogale who was assisting me to apply for Flips .I apply for housing subsidy last year due to negligent from their office my application was declined. I've been quirying the matter with them since March no joy at all. Instead I'm advice to also try and get hold of the housing department like really now its not my fault that I submitted all the required documents on time but they decided to delay in submitting them besides in March I called the housing department I was told to deal with Valumax as I bought the house from them. Valumax service is horrible I'm the one who keeps checking on the progress of my query from their side that have never bothered themselves in updating me . I need the matter to be resolved
