I bought an existing house with them. I never new there's tenants living in the house.so the house was registered in my names in the middle of the month. So I arrange my occupation immediately. So guess what! I have to run 🏃♂️ after an agent for my keys. This matter even went 2 I'm going to my house with an agent to be introduced as a new owner of the property.And a tenants just humble himself 2 me asking 4 another 30 days 2 look 4 the place as he did nt know if the house is sold he just knw now as we speak.imagine I have 2 give a tenants a chance 2 look 4 the place the person I don't knw 2 stay 30 days in my house.so I'm nt happy with the service from Mr Julius Mabaso he is only looking forward 2 his commission as he can the house which is not vacant
