Refund

Good day i have made payment to valumax for my nee wifi end of february 2023 the money was allocated on my old wifi i have being promised the refund talking to different agent everyday have to explain 1 story over an over again now they tell me money was paid in my account on the 12/04/2023 that i did not receive i send the my bank statement to prove that.on the 20th April one of the agent said is gonna take 3 working days to day they said is paid on the 12 how possible is that.

Please help me to resolve this matter cause i need my money back.
