poor service and i wont recommend anyone watch out

Good day I just want to find how did NHRBC and the Bank approved Clayville apartments contructions under Valumax because so far everything is a mess with this aprtment.The wall can collapse on us anytime .I never saw something like that in my life .We dont even have a month in this new development apartments but is problem after problem every second . We just moved in at Proteas Clayville which is the new development apartment sold by Valumax as an agent .We as residents of this properties we haven't experiencing problem from day 1 .We moved in by month end of May and then we were required to pay the levies which we don't understand why we supposed to pay as we just moved in .While thinking that we will enjoy our stay in the new homes we started experiencing so many things ,Keys were broken the first days we were having geysers issues, doors while still thinking that we are done we started experiencing cracks and liking on the walls and the ceilings we reported several times without any feedback while sending emails but they will just send you pillar to post until one of the tenants send the lawyers message then they responded on the email the respond was that they already dealt with some of the issues which they lie. Our concern is that the building is not safe at all because everyday we are experiencing a lot of faults which they don't even come to us and address this issues I also have a big leaking in the bathroom and a crack in the bedroom ceiling which they came to check I was advise that they will have to dig upthe bathroom so they can check the pipes und ground because it seems like the problem is there ,so what will happen at that time were will I be staying when they do that. We will like to lodge the complain as Proteas residents about Valumax and the construction company because whatever is happening there is not good at all especially for a new building . We really need assistance .We are having a meeting on the first .If we can be able to get someone who will represent us because everything with this apartments is wrong .We only have a month there but our problems with those apartments is like we have been staying there for years or we bought and old property and we were told that after 3 months we are on our own so what suprise me is how are we going to survive with all the problems after 3 months and who is going to assist us because they were supposed to sell us proper and safe property now they are taking their problems as if it is our problems .We really need help .We dont know who to contact with this matter anymore.If is not your department please advise with the correct one.

We have 90 something unit every uinit has a problem ,when you try to solve this the next thing you are having a problem with the other one .We even not sure that inspection of safety of the property was done before it gets completed
