New modder Unhappy home owner 😔 😪

We bought a house in New Modder it has a lot of issues. From the outside the yard gets flooded with rain water and this affects the structure of the house. When I reported I was told they can not help me with this, ts on me. When you flush the toilet it makes noise in the kitchen and when you open bath tub it makes sounds in the sink as if water wants to come up. When it's windy the trap door makes noise but also a lot of air comes in meaning something is wrong with the roof to have so much air coming in. My kitchen gets flooded each time it rains and I was told it's not their problem. I reported this when I saw a big gap on the bottom of the door and I was told tiles will fix it and that didn't happen even when I installed tiles. The maintainance person Blessing is very rude to clients and doesn't know how to speak to us.
