Grievences of the newly purchased house in a new development at Clayville x 45

We bought a house and occupied it on the 01 December 2016 at Clayville x 45 from Valumax Company. We had issues with issues with the house and raises our concerns regarding the structure of the house, pop-ups and cracks. It has been almost 2 years since occupied the house and never rested as the construction are in and out of the house due to the pop-ups and cracks that are always in the house.

Our issues are as follows:

1. The house has developed cracks and pop-ups for almost more than once in a period of 2-3 years since occupied, and got fixed but still kept on coming back and the house was only painted were the cracks or pop-ups occurred living it with a two coated colour and untidy paint 2. Raubex appointed an engineer that came and made a report, later on they appointed another engineer with a scanner to scan and mark on the affected areas for the whole house inside and outside and he discovered that there’s lot of pops in the house, we waited for almost +-6 months to be fixed and it was concerning a lot, due to contractors been put on hold as it was raising a red flag of the house 3. Due to Raubex engineers report, the constructors came to do the work according to his report but still some issues appear raising another red flag on the house (e.g. 75 % of the bricks has white chemical powder that causes the pops and cracks) and while the plaster was s****ping the house the cracks kept on expanding until at the roof, due to poor building construction, even now the roof is fixed but some bricks are loosening up. And also the plastering did not have enough cement even constructors saw that, some bricks were never mixed properly as it got lot of unmixed cement inside, and we are concern how many are they as we saw few( refer to attached photo) 4. There’s a crack on outside Kitchen corner ( refer to attached picture) that was never build properly and the engineer is imposing that it is not a structure default and want the bricks to be removed one by one and be replaced it raises a lot of a red flag we cannot stay in a “COPY AND PASTE HOUSE” for such price that we are still paying and bought the house with ( We need a quality house that worth the price we paid for and still paying)

Above information it’s only the outside the house issues, inside the work is not yet done

Our main concerns: 1. As per the engineer report he want the whole 75% bricks with chemicals to be drilled and replaced with the cement, WE CANNOT STAY IN A HOUSE THAT IS BUILT WITH A CEMENT AND HALF BRICKS 2. Again our concern we don’t know what will be the findings of the inside the house 3. There is also a damp also around the house which causes the lower paint to remove 4. The roof is not even covered with a plastic 5. There’s no air bricks 6. We thought that buying the house will bring us joy and will enjoy its stay but unfortunately we **** to ourselves, we feel like we have been ****** of our dignity and pride, and we are concern that what will happen in the coming next five years and what’s going to happen to our kids should we die leave this house in this state as the engineer want to dictate his way so that he saves a lot of money risking our lives 7. Since November we spendour holiday season in the house and my family consumed the hazards health of the condition of the house the way is left stripped (lot of dust)

Our Demands:

1. We want the house to be built properly with quality material (This is a 20 year old bond payment not RDP) 2. If you cannot please buy us out so that we leave you with peace, cos we lost a trust in your company

We pleaded with them to please put themselves in our situation and the conditioning of the house that would you be happy if you were treated in this way while paying a lot of money every month instead of being happy you are always wondering.
