Extremely High Electricity rate at ValuMax property
Hello everyone, I bought an Apartment from ValueMax property Developer at Proteas@Clayville, Valumax installed STSS electric prepaid meters in our units and they are making us pay R3.65 per 1 unit (KWh). This very high prepaid rate was set by Valumax so that they can pocket some of our monies and we are not renting this apartments we bought them. If you buy a house or an apartment from Valumax you are going to regret, look somewhere. Kind Regards, Abel
