Hi Value max, honestly speaking, I am not happy about my purchase of the house at riverside extension 33, firstly we were not told about the RDP's, 2nd that long pipe that passes towards our houses, 3. the parking on the street, who is suppose to be responsible for that, it shows that you take for granted some many things when it comes to black neighborhood.

the rental flats are of low quality, the look like some hostels, go to fourways and see how the flats there are built, even olivenhoutbosch has better structure.

look at your competitors they offer more than you guys are offering. this was not the best buy ever and I will not recommend anybody to buy a house at riverside .

your houses were suppose to come with paying on the outside.

your houses have cracks all over.
