Complain*****er Issue

i bought a house from this company and they gave me problems from the time had to receive my keys and fixing my house which has not been fixed to date,i moved in the begging of July and still have not sorted the issue of water even now,when i call teh lady she refers me to city of tswane and which they need to sort out the whole thing before i could even occupy my house. their service is horrible and dont care about the people as long as they get their money. they dont live up to their ethics and company values. am now struggling to buy electricity due to the water issue. worst service ever. i work in the property industry and have never seen such people with no empathy.
