snag list nightmare

I purchased a property at riverside view and getting you guys to fix snag list is a nightmare. even chatting to you guys in a decent respectful manor wont help. I left my keys with the sales guy mpho and stated he will call me once he has my keys but no call yet. chatting to leon van niekerk to fix my issues with the flat on whats app i even get ignored. asking the guy where my keys are i get ignored. can someone please find my keys and leave it with the sales guys so i can get my keys and fix the unit my self.
