Riverside view valulink poor customer service from HUMPHREY SEGAFA HUMPHREY

Very poor customer service i got from Riverside view particulary from HUMPHREY. was told i would get feedback in 2 weeks when i app****... Came 2 weeks no feedback no one got back to me.. Last time this HUMPHREY guy spoke to me was when he requested my documents and i never heard from him again.. I contsantly sent whatsapps, emails and even called the head office.. I literally had to beg for feedback. Its been 2 months now and i am still awaiting feedback.. All this HUMPHREY guy does each time i text him is i will provide feedback tomorrow morning.. Following morning comes no feedback whatsoever. I am very disappointed.
