Deceptive service from Valugrass

What a pity the after sales service was not as good as when they installed the synthetic grass. Valugrass was meant to replace a patch of damaged 'grass' since before April. We were told there were delays at customs, the manager was away, that we were on the list for next week.... 6 months later and now our calls are not being returned.
