Zero Service

The worst company in South Africa. I have been calling them for 3 days & still haven't been able to speak to a single person!

Their phone line just rings & rings & rings. I'm so sick of hearing the voice of the computer telling me how wonderful they are when they don't even have anyone to answer the phone.

How is a person supposed to follow up on an order that was handed over to them 4 days ago if there isn't a single person available to assist?

Absolutely useless!!!
