Worst logistics company in SA

Worst company to deal with, no one can assist. Hopless employees, Hopless company and Hopless service. Trying to get a order delivered that's been with them for two weeks, I have even asked to fetch it myself that couldn't be accommodated either. Calls get transferred from one to another with no knowledge or desire to assist.
