Worst Courier Experience – *********** and Unreliable!

I ordered a washing machine and a small vacuum cleaner from Makro Online, which was dispatched from Makro Pietermaritzburg's branch. Makro assured me that my order would be delivered on 5 December 2024. Today is 13 December 2024, and I’m still waiting for my washing machine!

The vacuum cleaner was only delivered on 12 December 2024 — a full week late. The delivery driver claimed the washing machine would "come a little later," but that was clearly false. To make matters worse, Value Logistics' system says that both items were delivered on 12 December. This is a blatant lie.

It’s beyond frustrating that Makro continues to trust Value Logistics with their customers' parcels. Their service is disorganized, dishonest, and completely unreliable. This experience has cost Makro a loyal customer because I refuse to deal with Value Logistics again. Avoid them at all costs if you want peace of mind with your deliveries!
