Worst courier company

Worst courier courier company ever. Ordered a,samsung product and samsung used value logistics. Treir tracking service is poor and they cant communicate and commit on delivery dates promised which was supposed to be today the 29th. Everytime when I call them they send,me around serveral phone extensions and takes long to eventually just to feed me empty promises
