WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!

We placed an order with Makro for delivery on Friday 29 November, Value Logistics picked it up on Sunday 1 December. We cannot get any answers out of anyone at Value Logistics. No-one answers phones and an average call to speak to a human takes half an hour of airtime, and then the human can't help you anyway. This is an order of just under R4000. Tomorrow will be 7 days since rhe payment was made. Their promise is 2 to 3 days. Make of that what you will. Absolutely ridiculous.
