Very unreliable and worst service. Please use Courier guy for delivery services because this Value Logistics is utter nonsense

Very very poor and disgusting. Since 21 October we have been waiting for this unreliable courier to collect the order and they have been telling stories after stories. They ask for our numbers and tell us they will call us back and still nothing. Tumi or Itu is now playing games telling me there’s no one like that at Value logistics yet i have been calling them for the past i don’t know how many days.
