Very poor example of a logistics company

I've been waiting for a product for a week now. , shipped through Value Logistics from the supplier Samsung. At the 13th everyone stopped being able to track it and Samsung informed me it was sent to George. I was given a number of Value Logistics and 4 days later, 4 calls later after being shouted on through the phone and hung up on, I was given a call back and the agent told me to phone a regional branch (George) myself. AFter phoning them they basically said that they see the tracking reference , but they don't know where the product is and/or they don't think it has arrived.

How is that possible that a logistics company , cannot in a weeks time do ANY form of logistics ?
