VALUE LOGISTICS POOR SERVICE

I made an online order from Makro on the 1st which was to be delivered on the 3rd of December, today is the 8th and I still have not received my order. 7 days later and I haven't heard anything from Value logistics. I called them on the 5th and they promised to call me back the following day and they have since not returned my call. They are service is appalling!!!!
