VALUE LOGISTCS - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - USELESS!

Makro apparently make use of Value services. According to Makro, Value has had my order since 4 December and after I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM (BECAUSE MAKRO IS PATHETIC), I STILL do NOT have my items or even have an idea on when I can expect my goods that were ordered and paid for 28 November 2024! Emailing them, calling them .... all a waste of my time - BOTH COMPANIES!
